You may exchange your uniform with the Volunteer Services team in the onsite volunteer center during tournament week. Uniforms will be exchanged if the tags are still attached to the uniform.
Yes, you can purchase shirts, outerwear, and hats in the Volunteer Center during tournament week.
Parking for all volunteers will be at Rogers Convention Center (3303 S Pinnacle Hills Pkwy, Rogers, AR 72758).
Yes, shuttles will run on continuous loops from Volunteer Parking to the volunteer center at Pinnacle Country Club.
Your volunteer credential serves as your parking pass for the week!
Yes! Please come out and enjoy the golf as a spectator. Please do not wear your volunteer uniform if you are not volunteering. Your credential will serve as your admission ticket.
The volunteer center is located by the 9th green and the clubhouse.
Rain gear and a jacket, weather permitting. Marshals may also bring a folding lawn chair to use while out on the course. Sunscreen is also recommended!
Yes! Sign up for as many as you would like. You can also contact your chairmen or hole captain to see if they need any shifts filled. You can also check with Volunteer Services if any committee needs more volunteers.

Yes, breakfast and lunch are served in the volunteer center. Volunteers may eat in the volunteer center on their assigned days of volunteering.
You will check in with the volunteer services team in the volunteer center, and then report to your chairmen or hole captain. Marshals can head directly to their holes after checking in at volunteer services and notify their hole captain that they are there for their shift.
All volunteers are asked to NOT wear denim. khaki, black, or any solid color pants/shorts are acceptable. Do NOT wear golf shoes. Tennis shoes are preferred.

You can remove shifts yourself if you are no longer able to volunteer, but please notify your chairmen or hole captain and the Volunteer Coordinator Rusty Gay.
Please notify a staff member as soon as possible. Volunteer Coordinator Rusty Gay will be first point of contact: 706-871-0246. You can also notify your chairman or hole captain as they will have a radio to contact staff and the appropriate authorities.
